Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it. To do so, contact us via email at info@act-store.com, through our WhatsApp channel (widget on the site), the Contact section, or by phone (+39 0735581297). We will handle the modification or cancellation for you.
No, you don't need to create an account manually. When you make a purchase, an account is automatically created and linked to your email. Your contact details and shipping addresses are stored here. Shipping and Returns
What are the shipping costs and estimated delivery times?
No, the prices are excluding any customs duties and export taxes, which must be fully covered by the recipient.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment through the courier's website or the provided link.

To make the return process as simple as possible, we have introduced a direct procedure through your personal account.

Find your order: in the orders section, locate the order for which you want to request a return.
Request a return: select the option to request a return and follow the provided instructions.
Receive the return shipping label: once the return request is completed, we will send you the return shipping label via email.
Prepare the package: securely pack the product and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
Return the package: take the package to the designated shipping location as indicated in the instructions and send it back to us.
Return period: the return must be requested within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Product condition: the product must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Shipping costs: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount
