Once an order has been placed, it can be modified or canceled within 60 minutes. To do so, contact us via email at info@act-store.com, through our WhatsApp channel (widget on the website), the Contact section, or by phone at +39 0735581297. We will handle the modification or cancellation for you. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. ACT STORE reserves the right to refuse the processing of an order or service at any time.
Shipping
ACT STORE ships worldwide using TNT for Italy and FedEx for Europe and the rest of the world. Orders are shipped on the next business day after receipt, subject to item availability confirmation and transaction verification.
Credit card transactions are charged at the time of order processing.
Orders are processed in Italy from Monday to Friday and are handled on the next business day following the order date or on the first available business day. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
ACT STORE will deliver the ordered products to the address provided during order confirmation. All delivery times displayed on ACT STORE are estimates based solely on normal order processing and the delivery times stated by the couriers. As a general guideline, without any obligation for ACT STORE and unless unforeseen circumstances arise, goods will be handed over to the courier within 24 hours of receiving the order.
ACT STORE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond its control.
ACT STORE assumes no responsibility for service disruptions due to force majeure events, such as accidents, strikes, or other similar incidents that may partially or entirely prevent the fulfillment of the shipment within the agreed timeframe. ACT STORE shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or costs incurred due to the failure to execute the contract for the reasons mentioned above.

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier according to the indicated methods.
Upon shipment, customers will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment through the courier's website or the provided link.
Receipt and Complaints
In case of a tampered package, it is necessary to sign with reservation; otherwise, the delivery will be considered accepted, and complaints will not be accepted.
Failed Delivery
By placing an order, the customer establishes a commercial relationship with ACT STORE and agrees to accept the delivery. If a package is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect/incomplete address or phone number, recipient absent) or in the event of delivery refusal, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense, including shipping costs and any customs duties. These costs will be deducted from the refund.

Returns
How to request a return:
Log in to your personal account.
Find your order: locate the order you wish to return in the "Orders" section.
Request a return: select the option to request a return and follow the provided instructions.
Receive your return shipping label: once the return request is completed, we will send the return shipping label to your email.
Prepare the package: securely pack the product and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
Send it back: take the package to the designated shipping location as instructed and send it back to us.
Timeframes and conditions:
Return period: the return must be requested within 14 days from the date of order receipt.
Product condition: the product must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty, no later than 14 working days from the delivery date. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within the specified timeframe by requesting authorization via email at info@act-store.com.
Product returns are allowed in case the products are defective, do not meet expectations, or are not the desired size. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where ACT STORE has sent incorrect or defective products.
For perfume returns, they will only be accepted if the packaging has not been removed from the cellophane (if present) or original seals.
Once the return authorization is confirmed, you have 7 days to hand over the package to the courier. Otherwise, the return terms will expire, and you will no longer be entitled to a refund.
For all other returned products, they must not be used, must be intact, not worn out or stained, and must be returned in their original packaging, complete with tags and any other included parts. Every part of the shoes, including the soles, must be intact and clean, and the box must not be damaged. Failure to comply with these conditions will make the right of withdrawal inapplicable.
In case of a return, the customer can request a refund of the amount paid or an exchange of the item (subject to prior contact and acceptance by ACT STORE).
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, ACT STORE will notify the customer of the outcome and acceptance of the return.
